Consider trying a deload week or adjusting your workout routine to incorporate different exercises or rep ranges. Sometimes a change can help break through a plateau. Keep up the great work!
Try changing up your reps, tempo, or take a deload week. Also, make sure you’re eating enough and getting good sleep.
